Ingredients:

Basmati rice - 1 cup (250 ml)

Coconut oil - 2 tbsp

Garam masala - Β½ tsp

Water - 2 glasses (500ml)

Ghee (clarified butter) - 1 tbsp

Oil -1 tbsp

Onion (chopped) - 1 large

Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp

Green Chilli - 5-8 no

Salt - as per taste

Capsicum (diced) - 1

Cabbage (chopped) - 1 bowl

Pepper - 1 tsp

Soya sauce - Β½ tbsp

Tomato ketchup - 2 tbsp

spring onion - 1 small cup

Preparation Method:

In a bowl, add 1 cup of Basmati rice

Pour 1 cup of water, close with the lid and soak it for 10 minutes.

In a pressure pan/cooker, add soaked basmati rice

Check the basmati rice is well cooked

Close with the lid and keep it aside

In a pan, pour one tbsp of oil

one tbsp of ghee (clarified butter), one tbsp of coconut oil

1 tsp of ginger garlic paste

That's it. Your "Egg Fried Rice" is ready.
