Ingredients:
Mutton keema - ΒΌ kg
Onion (chopped) - ΒΌ kg
Bay leaf (tej patha) - 1
Mace (jai pathri) - 1
Cinnamon (dalchini) - 1-inch
Clove (laung) - 1
Cardamom (elaichi) - 1
Black cardamom (kali elaichi) - 1
Black stone flower (pathar pool) - 1
Poppy seeds (kaskas) - ΒΌ tsp
Turmeric - Β½ tsp
Salt - as per taste
Green chilli (chopped) - 2 No
Garlic (chopped) - 5-7 clove
Red chilli powder - Β½ tsp
Pepper - Β½ tsp
Tomato (chopped) - 1
Ginger garlic paste - 1 Β½ tbsp
Garam masala - 1 tsp
Kasuri methi - 2 tbsp
Water - 1 Β½ glass
Curry leaves (chopped) - 2 bunch
Cumin (jeera) powder - Β½ tsp
Coriander powder - 1 tsp
Coriander leaves -1 cup


Preparation Method:
Finely chopped ΒΌ kg of big onions and small onions (You can use as per your choice)
Close with a lid and keep aside.

Heat the cooking pan and add 4 tbsp of oil and add the following items
One bay leaf (tej patha), One mace (jai Patri),
Add ΒΌ kg of chopped onion.




Fry it well till it changes to a golden brown.


Once fried well, Add ΒΌ kg of mutton keema




Β½ tsp of red chilli powder, and Β½ tsp of pepper, and mix it well.


Close with the lid. Cook for 3-6 minutes on medium-low flame.




Cook till you can see the oil from the mutton oozes out.
1 Β½ tbsp of ginger garlic paste and mix it well.






Close with the lid. Cook till the tomatoes become soft.
That's it. Your "mutton keema" is ready.

Add 1 Β½ glasses of water and mix.


Add two bunch of chopped curry leaves




Β½ tsp of cumin (jeera) powder, and 1 tsp of coriander powder
One cup of coriander leaves
Close with the lid and cook till three whistle sounds.








When the pressure goes down, open the lid and garnish it with coriander leaves.
